We conduct thorough screenings of all applicants' criminal backgrounds to ensure the safety of our communities and the well-being of our tenants. Adherence to our background check process is mandatory for all adults. Approval for background checks is required for prospective tenants, roommates, family members, or anyone planning to reside in a park-owned or tenant-owned home in the future. Unauthorized occupancy is strictly prohibited, and individuals found residing on-site without authorization will face immediate eviction.
List all 18 & over on application ($45 each).

Application Fee: $45 - Per Adult (18 or older)
Government Photo ID - Acceptable IDs: Government issued ID with picture
Verifiable Proof of Income - Proof of income must show that you make 3 times or more lot rent amount

Moving a home into one of our communities?
Super! In addition to approving you with the steps above, we also need to approve the home you are moving in - IF home NOT a NEW HOME from manufacturer. All move ins must be completed by licensed and insured moving company.

Kindly email or text us clear pictures capturing ALL angles of your home.
We will notify you regarding the suitability of your home or if any improvements are necessary.
Ensure each picture encompasses the entire home and is of high quality; avoid sending small or blurry images.
Your home must be skirted within 60 days of move-in using only new skirting materials.
Professional skirting installation using new materials is mandatory.
